Amy is a customer person at heart, with specialist experience in product innovation, design and development, and project management. She has held various roles in research and marketing, product design and management, and now leads Figured’s data strategy and banking products. When she’s not busy keeping us on track to bring all the great ideas to life, you might find Amy in the beautiful New Zealand bush - trail running or hiking with mates.
Andrew has a family background in farming, and has spent the past 10 years helping global businesses adopt new software. So it was only fitting that he combined his love for the two and joined us as a BDM for the South Island, NZ. Having been a personal trainer in a past life, Andrew’s ideal weekend consists of hitting the trails for a run, followed by spending time with friends and family.
Loves a cuddle, loves a snack. Bear is our team mascot, keeping us motivated with his high energy tail, and puppy kisses when we’ve done a good job. While he doesn’t know much about farming, tech, or accounting, he is a well-known social media influencer and we are lucky to have his expertise on the team.
Family man, sheep and beef farmer, Chartered Accountant specialising in agribusiness and he also happens to code in his spare time, so whether it’s a sheep yard or a php code base, Carl can show you round. He’s responsible for building Figured’s stable of ecosystem partners and has also been heavily involved in product development and strategy, and our commercial management as Figured has grown. Oh and of course, he is one of the two original founders of Figured.
Chris is passionate about New Zealand’s growing global presence on the tech scene, as well as the contribution our farmers have to feeding the world's population. He has extensive experience working in various sales and marketing roles for Kiwi companies, and now heads up Figured’s global marketing function. Chris loves the outdoors, so you’ll usually find him skiing on a Saturday, and mountain biking on a Sunday.
Daniela grew up in a military family, so she’s lived all over the place - including on a mustard farm. Because she’s got a fear of critters (spiders, rodents, snakes and worms), she figured she’s best suited to help on the tech side of agriculture. When she’s not helping serve our US clients, she loves to host friends and family at her place with fun games, good food and a nice glass of Sauvignon.
Anyone in a room with Dave can’t help but get inspired by his energy - especially when it comes to spreading the word about Figured. Dave has an impressive career history with significant experience in senior leadership roles for a number of leading technology companies from multinationals to high growth NZ founded ventures. When not focused driving the great team at Figured onwards, he enjoys spending time sailing around Great Barrier with his family, or occasionally doing one of New Zealand’s Great Walks.
Dave is responsible for growing our relationships with our North Island partners and ensuring they have the right tools and tech they need to succeed. He has held various BDM roles for software companies, and owns, runs and manages his own tech startup. Dave is very passionate about how technology is an enabler in driving business growth, and loves sharing this passion with our partners. Dave hangs his rural flag on the fact he’s married into a farming family - through his in laws - but regardless, he’s not one to shy away from the outdoors. He’s a westie who lives out on the coast of Muriwai, loves to surf, and is an aspiring trail runner.
A Yorkeshireman with an interest in tech and innovation, David moved to NZ for a few months… which eventually turned into five years. He has previously led strategy and change across retail, banking and supermarkets both in the UK and New Zealand. With a head for transformation, innovation and thought leadership, he is now leading the charge for Figured in the UK. David loves anything outdoorsy, especially cycling, hiking or trail running. He’s a keen skier, and an even keener father of two daughters.
